| StoutKart, LLC Two-Year Limited Warranty (Effective January 1, 2007)
This warranty applies to all SK500 Karts; to include, but not limited to the Rodex Kart, Welding Kart, Auger Kart, Hydrulic Power Station Kart and the Basic SK500 BackSaver Kart
StoutKart LLC warrants, to the original purchaser, the Rodex Kart, Welding Kart, Auger Kart, Hydrulic Power Station Kart and the Basic SK500 BackSaver Kart to be free from any defects in material and workmanship for a period of two (2) years from the date of original purchase for non-commercial use. This warranty does not apply to damage caused by abuse, negligence, misuse, or modification or accessorizing of the product. Commercial
use warranty is limited to one year from date of purchase. StoutKart LLC will repair or replace any Rodex Kart, Welding Kart, Auger Kart, Hydrulic Power Station Kart and the Basic SK500 BackSaver Kart parts proven defective in material or workmanship within the period of this Limited Warranty. Repairs will be made at a StoutKart service center. All expenses related to replacing or repairing a defective Rodex Kart, Welding Kart, Auger Kart, Hydrulic Power Station Kart and the Basic SK500 BackSaver Kart under this Warranty shall be assumed by StoutKart LLC except for the cost of transporting the Rodex Kart, Welding Kart, Auger Kart, Hydrulic Power Station Kart and the Basic SK500 BackSaver Kart to our service center. The cost of transportation shall be the sole responsibility of the purchaser. StoutKart LLC reserves the right to make changes to improvements to its products without incurring any obligation to similarly alter products previously purchased. StoutKart LLC makes no further warranty, either expressed or implied. The purchaser must notify StoutKart LLC of any defect, malfunction or nonconformity promptly upon discovery. This Warranty supersedes and replaces all previously issued warranties either dated or undated. Please Note: Engines are warranted by the manufacturer; see separate engine warranty information. StoutKart LLC designs its products to be safe, efficient, and functional for their intended applications. It is the responsibility of the operator to become familiar with the intended applications of these products, to use the products safely, and to not exceed the recommended load limits established for each product or component part. StoutKart LLC will review and consider all recommendations for design improvements, added safety features, and optional features recommended by our customers. We value product satisfaction and your safety! Before you begin to use your unique Rodex Kart, Welding Kart, Auger Kart, Hydrulic Power Station Kart and the Basic SK500 BackSaver Kart product, please read and understand the operating instructions and safety procedures included in this manual. If you are still unclear on the safe use of the Rodex Kart, Welding Kart, Auger Kart, Hydrulic Power Station Kart and the Basic SK500 BackSaver Kart product, please contact your sales representative or StoutKart LLC for additional assistance. Check with your ATV, Quad, UTV, or Lawn Tractor Dealer for towing instructions. We recommend your towing speed at 10 mph. or less. BE SAFE Safety is a combination of common sense, staying alert and knowing how your Rodex Kart, Welding Kart, Auger Kart, Hydrulic Power Station Kart and the Basic SK500 BackSaver Kart works. Read this manual to understand the use of the SK500 BackSaver. CAUTION NEVER attempt to operate the Rodex Kart, Welding Kart, Auger Kart, Hydrulic Power Station Kart and the Basic SK500 BackSaver Kart without FIRST reading and understanding the operating instructions!
